First off, we actually listen. Tell us what's going on with your ride, what you're hoping to achieve, and what your budget looks like. No upselling, no BS.
Then we do a proper assessment - not a 5-minute glance, but a real look at what needs doing. We'll walk you through everything we find, show you the parts, explain the options.
Once we're on the same page, we get to work. You'll get updates along the way (with photos if anything interesting pops up), and we won't hit you with surprise charges because we actually diagnose properly the first time.
When you pick up your car, we'll fire it up together, take you through what we did, and answer any questions. Then you drive off knowing the job was done right.
